The polyethylene (PE) protection tubing for power cables is a high-tech product made of high-performance polyethylene material. Featuring corrosion resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, high mechanical strength, long service life, and excellent electrical insulation performance, this product is widely applicable to fields such as buried high-voltage cables and streetlight cable protection tubing. The PE protection tubing for power cables is available in 11 specifications ranging from dn20mm to dn160mm, including both excavation and non-excavation types. It is used for protection tubing in buried medium-low voltage power, communication, streetlight, and intelligent engineering projects.
Product Features
Diversified Varieties To Meet Various Cable Burying Needs: In addition to conventional straight pipes, non-excavation coiled tubing from dn20 to dn110mm is provided, with a maximum length of 200 meters/coil. This significantly reduces welding times during construction, effectively improving construction progress. Non-standard products can also be processed according to customer requirements.
Excellent Anti-Static And Flame-Retardant Performance: The product incorporates unique "flame-retardant and anti-static" polymer materials, ensuring safer use.
Superior Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to corrosion from various chemical media, it does not rot or rust when buried in soil.
Good Low-Temperature Impact Resistance: The product has a low-temperature embrittlement temperature of -60°C, maintaining its impact resistance in extremely cold climates. It can be safely used within the temperature range of -60°C to 50°C.
High Flexibility: Good flexibility allows easy bending. During engineering, the pipeline can bypass obstacles by changing the direction, reducing the number of joints and lowering installation costs.
Smooth Inner Wall With Low Resistance: The inner wall friction coefficient is only 0.009, effectively reducing cable wear and cable pulling energy consumption during construction.
