Technology Innovation Implementation Platform

Xi'an Gaoke Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. adheres to innovation-driven development, cultivates and strengthens innovative entities, and has built a large-scale new building materials R&D center. GKBM owns a CNAS nationally accredited laboratory for uPVC pipes and pipe fittings, a municipal key laboratory for recycling of electronic industrial waste, and two jointly constructed laboratories for school and enterprise building materials. At the same time, GKBM has more than 300 sets of advanced R&D, testing and other equipment, equipped with advanced Hapu rheometer, two-roller refining machine and other equipment, which can cover more than 200 testing items such as profiles, pipes, windows&doors, floors and electronic products.

The GKBM R&D team is a highly educated, high-quality and high-standard professional team composed of more than 200 technical R&D personnel and more than 30 external experts, 95% of whom have a bachelor's degree or above. With the chief engineer as the technical leader, 13 people were selected into the industry expert database.

GKBM R&D Process

With the continuous efforts of technological innovation, GKBM has developed and manufactured 15 major series of uPVC profiles and 20 major types of aluminum profiles, with market demand as the guide, customer demands as the starting point, and the product concept of survival of the fittest. With the extension of the building materials industry chain, Gaoke system windows&doors have emerged, passive windows, fire-resistant windows, etc. are gradually becoming known to everyone. In piping, there are more than 3,000 products in 19 categories in 5 big categories, which are widely used in home decoration, civil construction, municipal water supply, drainage, power communications, gas, fire protection, new energy vehicles and other fields.

GKBM R&D Results

Since establishment, GKBM has obtained 1 invention patent for "an organic tin lead-free profile", 87 utility model patents, and 13 appearance patents. It is the only profile manufacturer in China that fully controls and has independent intellectual property rights. At the same time, GKBM participated in the preparation of 27 national, industry, local and group technical standards such as "Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC-U) Profiles for Windows and Doors", and organized a total of 100 declarations of various QC results, among which GKBM won 2 national awards, 24 provincial awards, 76 municipal awards, more than 100 technical research projects.
